Marmon Link® offers after-sales support and training on our Cornelius®, Rhino-Grinder, Prince Castle®, and Silver King® brands so you can get the most out of our foodservice equipment.  

Technical Support

Marmon Link sets Marmon Foodservice Technologies brands apart from the industry through comprehensive after-sales services, including warranty service, parts and technical support. 

We offer warranty management, planned maintenance and repairs. We connect your equipment purchase to your equipment’s performance.  

Warranty. We bring decades of experience in hot- and cold-side engineering of equipment that provides insight into our warranty processing of our brands.   

Parts. We provide genuine OEM Cornelius, Rhino-Grinder from Prince Castle and Silver King replacement parts and kits that have gone through vigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure maximum uptime safety. We offer a comprehensive catalog of parts and in-stock availability.  

Repair. We offer quick response times in troubleshooting your equipment and identifying parts for your repair needs. For some equipment, we dispatch Authorized Service Agents (ASAs) for equipment repair.

Training

We support customers and service partners with interactive online, on-demand and in-person training for Marmon Foodservice Technologies brands. 

Our goal is to ensure the service technician is familiar and develops a thorough understanding of the equipment.  

Trainings include: 

E-Learning modules. We prioritize on-demand, eLearning modules so you can train anytime, anywhere. We incorporate job aids into the modules for advanced learning.  

Webinars. We offer webinar specific to e-Learning courses. Webinars give service technicians an opportunity for questions and feedback about the equipment. 

In-person training. We offer in-depth hands-on training and train-the-trainer programs. In-person training takes place in either of our corporate facilities or in partnered facilities.
